It’s important to note that we do not have any control over whether or not your account is credited for any given task, it is at the sole discretion of the 3rd party partner operating the task wall. Most of our advertising partners have a support button near the top of their respective task wall. If you have not been credited for a specific task and you believe you should have been, the very first step you should take is to click that support button and follow any steps outlined in that section of the task wall. Most of our partners have very clearly defined steps for our users to take and also have very helpful support teams that will gladly work with you individually to straighten out your situation on a case by case basis. After you’ve taken these steps, and only after, should you consider contacting us to assist you. We can only help you if you’ve already taken the steps outlined above and have not had success.
